Where's the Sense in It?

How many people are aware that such senseless killings are from Satan? His aim is to kill as many people as possible -- and the reason is always nonsense.  How awful to want to kill your fellow man!  It's one thing when one race fights against another; but, to fight against your own race, sheer asinine!!! What does this word mean?

extremely stupid or foolish.

As you view the videos below and view the graphic photos, you'll see what I mean. The terrible thing is, after such senseless killings, the killers walk away with no more than before the killing began!

Another aspect that's foolish is to attack and kill those who are just as poor as you are! To kill those who has more than you would be understandable, though definitely unacceptable. God expects every man to work for the things he wants to purchase, such as food and clothing. To steal is a sin to God; but, to kill also, that is an added sin.

Exodus 20:13, 15

13 Thou shalt not kill.

15 Thou shalt not steal.

If you say that you don't believe in God; or, if you do and say that what you're doing is in the name of God, you would be DEAD WRONG! As you've read in the two verses above from the bible, it does not give exceptions.  We're not to kill PERIOD! And we're not to steal PERIOD! To disobey these two sacred laws is to be held accountable to God on Judgment Day. There will be no exceptions, nor reasoning, nor excuses. NONE!

Learn to love one another, sympathize with one another. All are in the same boat of poverty. What can a poor man do for you that they can't even do for themselves? Stop doing the work of Satan who is the spirit behind xenophobia. If you don't believe he doesn't exist or that you're not doing his bidding, visit this website and study for yourself. Xenophobia is the fear or hatred of that which is perceived to be foreign or strange.[1][2][3] Xenophobia can involve perceptions of an ingroup toward an outgroup and can manifest itself in suspicion of the activities of others, and a desire to eliminate their presence to secure a presumed purity and may relate to a fear of losing national, ethnic or racial identity.[4]

Xenophobia can also be exhibited in the form of an "uncritical exaltation of another culture" in which a culture is ascribed "an unreal, stereotyped and exotic quality".^[4] According to UNESCO, the terms xenophobia and racism often overlap, but differ in how the latter encompasses prejudice based on physical characteristics while the former is generally centered on behavior based on the notion of a specified people being adverse to the culture or nation.^[5]

What is Xenophobia?

Well readers, you have had a full study on this topic and how utterly senseless is such hatred. Right now, VOZI Ministries is in our yearly crusade entitled, "90 Days of Soul Exploit." It begins July 1st and ends September 30th each year. We pray for countries around the world as well as witnessing for Christ. There's many ways to do so.  The Holy Spirit will guide you on how you can help. You may do bible study, help a person with a chore of some kind, help the sick, feed someone who's hungry. The acts of Godly love and kindness are endless. The need out there is great!

Take that burden of hate and cast it aside. It will greatly lighten your spirit. You'll experience a sense of joy you haven't known in a long time, if ever! A preacher once said in his sermon, "God may not change your circumstances; but, He'll change the way you FEEL about them!" Let go the hatred of your fellow man and love him instead.

Minute Sermons:

1)  The Spirit is given as a regenerating agency, to make effectual the salvation wrought by the death of our Redeemer. The Spirit is constantly seeking to draw the attention of men to the great offering that was made on the cross of Calvary, to unfold to the world the love of God, and to open to the convicted soul the precious things of the Scriptures. (AA 52.4)

2) Thus it will ever be when the Spirit of God takes possession of the life. Those whose hearts are filled with the love of Christ, will follow the example of Him who for our sake became poor, that through His poverty we might be made rich. Money, time, influence—all the gifts they have received from God’s hand, they will value only as a means of advancing the work of the gospel. Thus it was in the early church; and when in the church of today it is seen that by the power of the Spirit the members have taken their affections from the things of the world, and that they are willing to make sacrifices in order that their fellow men may hear the gospel, the truths proclaimed will have a powerful influence upon the hearers. {AA 71.1}

3)  Christ’s death proves God’s great love for man. It is our pledge of salvation. To remove the cross from the Christian would be like blotting the sun from the sky. The cross brings us near to God, reconciling us to Him. With the relenting compassion of a father’s love, Jehovah looks upon the suffering that His Son endured in order to save the race from eternal death, and accepts us in the Beloved. {AA 209.3}

Without the cross, man could have no union with the Father. On it depends our every hope. From it shines the light of the Saviour’s love, and when at the foot of the cross the sinner looks up to the One who died to save him, he may rejoice with fullness of joy, for his sins are pardoned. Kneeling in faith at the cross, he has reached the highest place to which man can attain. {AA 209.4}

Through the cross we learn that the heavenly Father loves us with a love that is infinite. Can we wonder that Paul exclaimed, “God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ”? Galatians 6:14. It is our privilege also to glory in the cross, our privilege to give ourselves wholly to Him who gave Himself for us. Then, with the light that streams from Calvary shining in our faces, we may go forth to reveal this light to those in darkness. {AA 210.1}

Medical Ministry -- Right Arm of the Gospel

VOZI Ministries recently went to a village to rescue numerous mothers and their children whose husbands were slaughtered for their Christianity due to the Sharia law. The survivors were living in abject fear. The children's health are in bad shape. Below are statements with regards to the health condition of the children and updates of how the mothers are adapting to their new environment.

• The women and children arrived safely in their new environment. The women are settling in so fast. It's a blessing for them to be in a new land!
• There's a little challenge with sleeping mattresses and mosquito nets for everyone; but, they are managing with what's available.
• Medication is badly needed as the kids are sick suffering malnutrition, malaria, worms and much more. Thank God that 61 persons are safe now!
• Our medical outreach will go alongside our fairly new ministry, VOZI's Souls Harvest Mission, which we are planning for August 2019.
• Four bags of 50kg rice, two 80kg bags of beans, and two 50 liters of cooking oil have been provided to feed the women and children. Not sure how the foods will stretch, but hopefully, VOZI is praying it will take a minimum of 2 weeks in addition to the local widows' farm produce ministry.
• A private donor's personal tithe & offering covered over one third part of the food items delivered to the village.
• Because of this donor's love for the suffering of these fleeing women and their children, they will have food in their hungry, starving stomachs!

VOZI Ministries takes this time to thank our heavenly Father for all His goodness in making this mission work come to fruition with great lack of funds, providing miracle after miracle. The more lean funding is and great lack of resources, the more God shines when He performs His miracles. Amen!

"Witnessing for Christ, It's Beautiful!"

90 Days of Soul Exploit is reaching souls far and near. Many had a background that was the work of Satan. They have walked away from that life and became new creatures in Christ.

There are many who are witnessing for Christ. Below are testimonies from God's seed-sowers --

1)  As of Day 10, Bro. Andrew witnessed to 102 persons! Sixty-four (64) of them said the Prayer of Salvation. Nine (9) came to church for the first time in their lives on midweek service.

2)  Sis. Ekaete witnessed for Christ a native witch doctor and a chief priest of an occult temple. They both have turned their lives over to Jesus.

3)  I and 2 of my elders will be visiting the former witch doctor on Friday to pray for his household and burn the items of his former lifestyle and practice.

4)  Sis. Joy was called for an interview on Monday at a food processing company. She went to witness and yesterday she was given a letter of appointment as a Quality Control Officer. After winning souls in the company, God gave her a job in the same company. She led 6 persons to Christ at this company. It needs to be noted that Sis. Joy has been searching for a job since she graduated 4 years ago. She joined VOZI Ministries as her church just 3 months ago. We are so glad to have her!

For those of you who are reading this blog, if you haven't given your life to Christ, but, have felt the tug at your heart by the Holy Spirit, then say the sinner's prayer below and seek a Christ-centered church that is not centered around the noise of drums and light shows. Seek a church that is reverent in their praise and worship. Become a part of God's family. And when you do, go forth and win others to Christ. Each one, seek one!

July's 90 Days Reflections

You Are a Lifegiver

2 Corinthians 5:17-21

[17] Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

[18] And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

[19] To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

[20] Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

[21] For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

As a Christian, you are commissioned as a minister of reconciliation from the day you came into Christ. You are not ordinary. You act and stay in the stead of Jesus because you are one with Him – joined with Christ.

1 Corinthians 6:17 reads that He that is joined with the LORD is one spirit. In 1 John 4:17 the Bible echos that "As He is so are we in this world." To cap it off, in John 20:21 Jesus said as My Father hath sent Me, even so send I you. All through the scriptures we see our oneness with Christ as believers and our duty and role in the redemption plan. Jesus has clearly laid out our duties as believers, that we are to carry on the work He started when He walked the face of the earth.

Jesus preached repentance from sin, thereby translating us from the kingdom of death and darkness into the kingdom of light and life. As believers, we have been translated from darkness to light and from death to life. Now the ministry of reconciliation has been committed to us, to reconcile men to God.

Dearly beloved, the Father sees us in this light as "lifegivers" and nothing less; and yet, a lot of us have belittled ourselves so much that we are so concerned with the very trivial things of life, like feelings, emotions and sentiments, which all together have brought many into that same pit of darkness that Jesus delivered us from. Many have sunk into deep depression because of the foolishness and darkness of their minds, that they have given up their joy and have become the devil's play ground.

Dearly beloved, it's not suppose to be so. You are a "lifegiver." You are the hope of all those sitting in deep darkness. Do I need to remind you that darkness is fast growing all around us and that God is going to hold us accountable for doing nothing. Arise, my beloved, from that pit that the evil one has driven you to and shake off every weight that's holding you down and go all out for souls.

"Worry For Nothing!"

"Worry For Nothing!"

Here I am, along with VOZI's sister Pastor to rescue a total of 5 women and their children. Instead, we realize that the word of rescue got out. As we talk, they are just beyond count! I made arrangements for just 5 women and their children. Instead, more than 50 women and their children are packed up! It might even become a scramble, from what I see. 

Unfortunately, there is no way we can take 50 -- not even half that number! However, God is One who can make a way out of no way!

The Word of God says in Isaiah 43:16, 19:
16 Thus saith the Lord, which maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;

19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

God provided, in that, we got a big bus that will seat 18 adults comfortably!

Here's another miracle --

The bus driver had an engine problem. Thus, he had to fix the vehicle. The problem was, the driver was told to return today after delivering the mothers and their children to their new location. Unfortunately, the driver's bus company instructed him to fix the tires. This meant, he would not be taking passengers after all.

Now, while talking with him, he broke down in tears telling sister pastor and myself how he lost his entire family in one night due to Islamic terrorist -- his wife and 3 kids. Now, here's a miracle: he will be taking these fleeing women and children to their new location FREE OF CHARGE! All I had to do is give him money for gas, which is one hundred U.S. dollars.

I came with $150 to this village to take 5 mothers and their children to safety. Now I am going to spend only $100 to take the women and their children to safety! And the remaining $50, the village's pastor will use the funds to purchase gas for his vehicle to take more refugees. His vehicle can transport almost an additional 20 kids!

The up and down emotions of this project was just too much for one day. Truly, this is indeed the Father's project! I have learned such a big lesson today. It's beyond amazement. The lesson learned is, "worry for nothing!" Even in a situation seeming  an impossibility, the LORD just comes through to get His matters done. Glory, glory hallelujah!

There were 61 persons total, comprising of 18 women and 43 children. They are on their way to their new location where they can start a new life, worship God in freedom, and enjoy the joy and abundant life that Christ has given to them.

It's a new day for these rescued ones. Again, 61 in total! I don't know how the vehicle could contain them all. This is the best thing that has happened to us as a ministry and for the fact that, it all happened in a space of just one month. It is just an amazement to me because the total number transferred to their new location was at least a two month project.  The LORD multiplied the numbers. He provided enough seating and funds to make the trip possible.

Herein is the beauty of this rescue --
There was total calm throughout the process -- no scrambling. Those who could not go with this first group, celebrated with those on the bus, parting with food and money. It was a scene that will be on my heart for a very long time. They hugged and cried on each other's shoulders. I saw, firsthand, perfected love shared amongst brethren. I couldn't help sharing in their tears of joy.  Romans 12:15 says: "Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep."  God's Word came to life before my very eyes.

Tonight's prayer vigil will focus on the resettlement of our rescued souls. The good LORD has gone ahead of us. So, we know one miracle after the other will ensue. To God be the glory! Always!

Witnessing for Christ on a Bus Ride Home -- 2 Testimonies!

Hassan, in tears and brokenness, has given his life to Christ! Here's his story:

He was told that Jesus is a demon and Christians worship demons. The LORD gave answers to all his questions and after praying with him, he removed the charm he was wearing on his left arm, which was an accident- and death-proof charm.

He surrendered the charm because this year alone, he had 8 different accidents. It was to the extent that he was afraid to enter a car or any moving vehicle. Prior to prayer, a dark cloud of death hung all over him. Thus, I prayed for him and after we finished praying, he was full of joy. To God be the glory!

Muktar's story:

Muktar was a 55 year old man. He confessed to being a witch doctor. He said he has killed so much that he has lost count! He uses magic to lure people and then sacrifice them to the witch world.

Muktar says they are after his life because a particular man he was told to kill was too powerful. The man was a Christian. After I led him to Christ he was just full of joy!

The Pen of Inspiration says:

“For these causes,” the apostle declared, “the Jews caught me in the temple, and went about to kill me. Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come: that Christ should suffer, and that He should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should show light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.” {AA 437.1}

Talatu - A Story of Hope

A Story of Hope

I have a very pathetic story of a young lady named Talatu. She is the first person I shared Christ with while riding on the bus home. She surrendered her life to Jesus and I saw the smile on her face.

Talatu is 19 years old. The Islamic Sharia Law came to her village with the drive to enforce same on the villagers, to which they never objected.

In the eyes of the world, they were teaching the people the Quran; but, in reality they were busy raping all the children and teenage girls. Talatu was raped until she lost count! When she refused to go to the Quran lessons, her father would beat and threaten to kill her.

Talatu's father only believed her story when she was diagnosed of HIV Aids. When her father confronted the so-called Sharia law teachers, he was beheaded.  They claimed the father was accusing the elect of Allah. So, Talatu, her mother and siblings fled their village to another where they now live.

Talatu is very sick. Her poor mother can't afford the anti-retro viral drugs. I have prayed for her. I ask that you, our VOZI readers, to please lift her up in prayer. A prayer rally will be posted on our prayer website. She needs all the help and encouragement that prayer can provide. She is going to see her aunt in another village who invited her to come. Talatu desperately needs a miracle.

How To Pray

When we do not receive the very things we asked for, at the time we ask, we are still to believe that the Lord hears and that He will answer our prayers.... When our prayers seem not to be answered, we are to cling to the promise; for the time of answering will surely come, and we shall receive the blessing we need most.... God is too wise to err, and too good to withhold any good thing from them that walk uprightly. 48 {CSA 27.4}

Prayers Needed for the Safe Rescue

of 5 Women and Children

VOZI solicits your prayers as the team journeys dangerous ground to rescue 5 women and their children due to Christian killing. These women are now without husbands. They are too happy to relocate to live on safer ground. The greatest blessing is, the children can play freely and no longer live in fear. God never intends that children should have to suffer grievously.

These families will also be fed food and water. They live in such abject fear that they dare not venture out of their homes to seek food and water.

Winning Souls for Christ on a Bus!

"90 Days of Soul Exploit" is making awesome strides for the kingdom of heaven in witnessing for Christ.  I was traveling on a bus when the Spirit of God impressed upon me to witness for Christ by preaching.  I purposed that I will do my "90 Days" prayer now and soul winning right here on the bus.  I had so many people with whom to share Christ.

Immediately, I asked the bus driver if it would be okay to do so.  He said yes, but when the bus has to stop at a military checkpoint, I'd have to stop.  I shared today's message with the passengers from Isaiah 53:5.  Below are the testimonies:

• I did the alter call for sinners; 9 people gave their lives to Christ!
• A particular man was a member of a robbery gang
• Another was a religious cultist
• There were 2 notorious armed robbers -- 3 of them Muslims
• Another was going to take his life today
• 4 more have just said the prayer of salvation; the total count comes to 13

I am having more than a church here.  Counseling and prayer for individual needs are so, so much.  I am trying to calm myself, but, the excitement is just so overwhelming.  Men and women are weeping like babies -- openly sharing their past and rejoicing in the joy of the LORD.  In total, 13 passengers gave their life to Christ!

Isaiah 53:5 says:  "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."
